Apple has announced yet another breakthrough in their repair program, which was often called for by consumers. This new service will allow customers to have the option to have their iPhones repaired themselves.
Apple is a company that strives to offer excellence in their products
The quality of Apple products is impeccable, but sometimes repairs are necessary. For example if the phone screen is cracked, or the headphone jack doesn’t work. The company has made it easier to fix these problems by making them available through their stores for a reasonable price. It’s much easier than having to take it elsewhere and pay even more money. It also reduces the environmental impact because you don’t need to throw away your old phone.
Apple announced self service repair for all iPhone models
Apple has announced that all iPhone models now come with one year of hardware repair coverage. This means that customers who buy an iPhone now will not need to pay for repair costs if their device has a mechanical or physical failure. The user can take it to Apple or an authorized third-party service provider for diagnosis and the company will reimburse the customer up to $29 for qualifying repairs, limited to two incidents in any 12-month period.
If you are not eligible for this program, Apple still offers store repairs –
Apple announced Tuesday that it will be providing free in-store repairs in the U.S. and Europe for all iPhones with screen damage. The company is also giving users an option to ship phones in for repair if they are not eligible for this program or if they live outside of the U.S. If you are not eligible for this program, Apple still offers store repairs.

Apple has announced a new service for repairing iPhones, starting March 2018. It will be available to iPhone SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X users in the US. The cost of repairs is $29.
